Fun Under Five Terms and Conditions of Listing

1. No listing will be included in the directory without a completed booking form and cleared payment.
2. Listings will be included on the website within 48 hours of receiving payment and will remain on the site for 12 months from that date.
3. Listings will be in a standard format, and in alphabetical order within each category. No additional style or prominence will be intentionally given to any entry.
4. Fun Under Five will take every reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of each entry. No responsibilty can be taken for typographical errors. Fun Under Five accepts no responsibilty for any losses attributed to the non-appearance of the listing. Any errors brought to our attention will be corrected within 24 hours.
5. Fun Under Five accepts bookings in good faith. In completing the booking form and providing payment, you warrant that you are authorised to do so. The advertiser accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided on the booking form.
6. Each separate activity requires a separate listing. The same activity on different days or in different locations requires only one listing. Where there is any doubt or dispute about this, Fun Under Five reserve the right to decide. As an example, Penny's Painting School on Thursday and Friday is one entry. Penny's Painting School and Penny's Polka School require two separate listings.
7. You may cancel your booking by informing Fun Under Five by email at any time prior to its publication on the website. Your fee will be refunded, less a £7.50 administration charge, within 28 days.
8. Fun Under Five reserves the right to reject bookings if we deem them unsuitable for the website. In this case we will, at our discretion, refund your fee in full. However, if we consider your booking to be made maliciously we reserve the right to charge a £7.50 administration charge.
9. We will never make your personal details available to other organisations. Only the details on the form which are marked as for publication will be used on the website. Any other information given will be used only for the administration of your account with us (eg. renewing your listing).
